Shipping
How your order gets from our bench to your door.
Processing
Orders ship the same business day or within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Packaging
Everything ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside. Seeds and pollen travel in sealed vials with desiccant to protect viability in transit.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Issues with an order
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not at all, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis; reach out through the contact page before sending anything back.
