How do I store seeds properly?
Keep seeds in a cool, dark, and dry environment. An airtight container with a desiccant packet in the refrigerator or freezer works well for long-term storage. Avoid temperature swings and direct light.
Can I return seeds if needed?
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If you have an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll work with you to make it right.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship same business day or within 24 hours. We ship within the US only.
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside.
How is the pollen collected and stored?
Pollen is collected, dried, and frozen with desiccant to preserve viability. Orders ship at room temperature. Properly dried pollen is stable for shipping without refrigeration.
