Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and order details. If you create an account, we also store your login email and order history. If you join the drop list, we store the email address you signed up with.
We do not collect more than we need to run the shop.
How we use it
Your information is used to fulfill and ship orders, respond to support requests, and, if you opted in, notify you about new drops. That’s it.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment processor. Your card number is entered directly with them and never touches or gets stored on our servers.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential store functions like keeping items in your cart and caching pages for speed. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Drop-list emails are strictly opt-in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Sharing
We share your shipping details with the carrier that delivers your order and your payment details are handled by the payment processor. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time via the contact page. We’ll respond within 30 days.
