Kokopelli Seed Company is a one-person breeding operation focused on documentation, selection, and transparency.

The Story

Where it started

Kokopelli Seed Company started the way most serious grows do: with an obsession over genetics and a frustration with not knowing what you’re actually running. Too many packs on the market come with vague lineage, mystery males, and no information on how the cross was made or what generation you’re working with.

I started keeping records on everything. Every mother, every male, every cross, logged and tracked from the first generation. What came out of that process was a small catalog of genetics I could actually stand behind, with documentation to back it up.

How We Work

What we do

Every cultivar in the Kokopelli catalog comes from multi-generation breeding work done in-house. We run small numbers of plants, pheno-hunt carefully, and only release crosses we’ve grown out and verified ourselves. Pollen is stored and shipped in sealed vials with desiccant. Seeds are produced in limited runs, and availability depends on what’s coming out of the garden.

Small-batch isn’t a marketing term here. It’s just the reality of how this operation works. Every pack that leaves here has full lineage, generation number, and parent information attached. You know exactly what you’re growing and where it came from.
