Who may order
By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that receiving the items you ordered is lawful where you live. You are responsible for knowing your local laws.
Our products
Where required by law, seeds are sold strictly as collectible souvenirs and for preservation purposes, and are not intended for germination. Our germination guide is provided for lawful home gardening only.
Genetics are living products. While every lot is documented and handled with care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, germination rates, or characteristics.
Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will be refunded in full.
Shipping
Orders ship within the United States only, in plain unmarked packaging. See the shipping page for full details.
Returns and issues
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If anything is wrong with your order, reach out through the contact page before sending anything back, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
